Doggie Style wants to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our doggie guests. Our enrollment process helps to determine whether Doggie Style is the right facility for your dog. Whether your dog comes for Daycare or Overnight, all dogs must meet our Prerequisites and complete an Evaluation.

Doggie Style is a dog care facility with a focus on Personal Attention. Before their first play day or overnight stay, we require that dogs visit with their owners for an Evaluation. This provides an opportunity for us to get to know your dog, and for him or her to get to know us. Each new dog is integrated into our playgroup according to their personality.

We require healthcare documentation because we want to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all of our Daycare and Overnight guests. Therefore, all dogs must:

• Be at least 4 months old
• Be spayed or neutered
         (If puppy, needs to be done by 6 months)
• Have a current rabies license
• Have certification of current vaccinations from your vet.
         (Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella/Kennel Cough)
• Be on a flea and tick prevention program

All new Daycare and Overnight guests must complete the following evaluation process:

1. Call us to schedule an Evaluation, for both you and your dog.
2. Fill out and sign the first section of the Vaccination & Health Certification document.
3. Have your veterinarian complete and sign the Vaccination & Health Certification.
4. Bring the Vaccination & Health Certification to Doggie Style for your evaluation.
5. Complete and sign the Contact Information and Pet Profile
6. Bring the Contact Information and Pet Profile to Doggie Style for your evaluation.
